摘要 Introduction

亞洲飲食習慣有六大轉變,其中最重要的就是要吃得健康,而且會以攝取原型食物為主,在這樣的轉變之下,我們想設計一款可以方便在家川燙食物的產品,我們想與以往在家用鍋子燙菜方式做出區分,達到更方便、安全使用。 

Asian dietary traditions have undergone six major changes. The most important of which is to eat healthy and to consume mainly prototype foods. With the change we designed a product that can be used to boil food at home. Also, we wanted to differentiate it from the way we used to boil food in pots at home, to make it more convenient and safe to use.

調查研究 Background Research

根據亞洲的飲食的近年來的轉變下, 吃東西不再只是吃飽,願意花更多成本吃得更健康,少糖少油是關鍵,統計發現消費者願意為了吃得更健康付更高的價格,亞洲消費的高品質往往都是「新鮮」,普遍認為冷凍食物一定不新鮮,追求新鮮食物成了另一種趨勢。

According to changes in the Asian diet in recent years, eating is not only eaten, but also willing to spend more to eat healthier. Less sugar and less oil are the main factors.Statistics found that consumers are willing to pay higher prices to eat healthier. The high quality consumed in Asia tends to be "fresh" and it is generally believed that frozen food is necessarily not fresh. The seeking of fresh food has become another type of trend.

產品介紹  Product Description

此產品包含玻璃鍋、加熱底座並且附上3個網子。鍋邊的把手及鍋蓋頭是以木頭的材質來與玻璃鍋做區分,讓使用者在拿取上更為安全。加熱板配有秤重的功能,如需要控制食材重量的族群,能直接將食材放進鍋內秤重進行料理,不需多花一步拿出秤盤。為講求方便料理,產品能自行設定關閉火侯的時間,在烹煮期間,就能放心地去做其他事。

This product includes a glass pot, heating base and 3 nets. The handle and lid on the side of the pot are made of wood to distinguish it from the glass pot. Making it safer for users to hold. The heating plate is equipped with a weighing function which allows people who need to control the weight of ingredients to put them directly into the pot. For the convenience of cooking, the product can set its own time to turn off the heat so you can go to other things during cooking.

設計理念  Design Concept

我們想透過這項產品 , 提供給喜歡汆燙料理方式的朋友能更安全 , 快速 , 方便去完成每一道料理 , 希望取代傳統在家汆燙都要拿大鍋 , 較危險及麻煩的方式 , 讓更多人願意自己在家動手料理。

Through this product we want to provide those who like to boil food style an opportunity to make it safer, faster and more convenient to finish each dish. We hope to replace the traditional way of boiling at home, which is more dangerous and troublesome, and let more people feel able to cook by themselves at home.

使用流程  Operation Procedure

  • 將食材放進鍋子的網子內 , 依個人需求進行秤重。

  • 將網子先取出後,在鍋內倒入水後開火。

  • 將裝有食材的網子放入進行汆燙。

  • 期間能自己調整火侯或定時 , 讓食物被控制在最好的狀態下烹煮。

  • 完成汆燙動作後 , 可將網子扣在鍋上瀝乾菜上多餘的水分,再進行盛盤。

  • Put the ingredients into the net of the pot and weigh them depending on your needs.

  • After removing the net, pour water into the pot and turn on the heat.

  • Put the ingredients in the net to boil.

  • During the period can be adjusted to their own heat or timing so that the food is controlled in the best state of cooking.

  • After boiling, hold the net over the pot to drain the excess water from the vegetables serving.
