摘要 Introduction
全球腎病患者人數不斷攀升，而臺彎又被稱作洗腎王國；在2021年洗腎人數已逼近10萬人，並且有逐年增長的趨勢；腎病患者中高達四成是壯年人口，而他們仍需繼續就業，在外透析成了他們須面對的課題，透過ReBorn -腹膜透析外出箱，幫助他們減少困擾，盡可能減少負擔。
The GATOR-S is an all-new skateboard that combines the smoothness of a surfboard with the stunt performance of a technical skateboard. It provides skateboarders with the ability to travel unimpeded on general roads and is no longer restricted by the terrain. A new type of skateboard play has been created, bringing a different skateboarding experience, not only in skating has it added bounce feedback, but has also helped users to reduce the risk of injury.
調查研究 Background Research
台灣腎病人口近四成為壯年人口，就業是必須且必要的，而在外透析的空間、操作時間與物品的使用限制，是患者的三大困難，其中因透析失業的人不在少數，患者普遍被認為需要被照顧、無法工作以及容易發生健康相關糾紛，還要面對他人異樣眼光，現在的環境對於患者是非常不友善的。
In the existing form of skateboarding, we found that when the technical skateboard is used on the general road, it is easy to cause injury to the skateboarder due to the road bump or terrain obstruction. It can also hinder the smoothness of the skating. At the same time, we found that the technical skateboard movement known as the "guinea pig jump" can easily maneuver over obstacles, which can greatly reduce the risk of injury to skateboarders.

因應外出的多變，ReBorn內部上以分隔方式放置備品外加磁吸擋板，確保備品穩固，分隔最上方有預留小平台供過程中暫放物品，分隔中心放置伸縮桿代替點滴架且結合秤。下方是紙巾放置處，直接抽取使用，可避免過多接觸細菌；整體材質皆為塑膠、矽膠與金屬，消毒與定期的清潔完全沒問題！

設計理念 Design Concept
ReBorn的核心理念是希望患者能夠「順利在小空間中有條理地使用物品進行透析」。因為有五成以上患者有外出需求，而在外透析相對煩擾，場所的選擇少之又少，廁所往往是最後選項，在此情況下，我們希望在外透析時達到「輕鬆、不雜亂、不繁瑣」三大要素。
We have combined the technical features of a typical skateboard with the stable structure of a surfboard, adding a shock absorbing structure to the skateboard structure, making use of the torsional spring to make the board more stable and giving elastic feedback at the same time, creating a new kind of skateboarding experience.
製作過程 Making Process
開啟ReBorn後拿出放置於保溫袋的藥水，開始透析流程；伸縮桿可代替點滴架掛置藥水，結合了秤讓使用者坐著透析就能知道藥水流動狀況，分隔上方的小平台可用於放置準備使用的小白帽等等備品；ReBorn有兩種拿法:手提、側背與後背，患者可因應透析空間大小靈活變換，順利完成透析。
Turn on ReBorn, take out the liquid medicine placed in the thermal bag, and start dialysis; the telescopic rod replaces the drip rack to hang the liquid medicine, and combines the scale to let the user know the flow of the liquid medicine while sitting, and the small platform is used to store the spare parts to be used; ReBorn have 2 holding methods: hand-carrying and back-carrying. Patients can change the size of the space and complete dialysis smoothly.
