摘要 Introduction

時間不該是對女性的限制，應由自己掌握生育的機會。

透過第二選擇-凍卵，不須再這麼急迫地作任何抉擇，跳脫出屬於女性的固有框架，

讓女性規劃屬於最適合自己的人生步調。

Time shouldn't be a constraint for women, they should be in control of their own fertility opportunities. Through the second choice, a woman can freeze their eggs, meaning there is no need to rush through any important decisions and break the chains of uncontrolled fertility. Let women plan their own pace of life.

在美國，平均凍卵年齡從2016年的38歲，迅速下滑到2018年的35歲。

她們選擇凍卵的理由，也從「年紀大了不得不凍」的被動式，轉變為「凍卵，讓命運掌握在自己手中」的主動式。

In the US, the average age of egg freezing has rapidly declined from 38 years in 201to 35 years in 2018. The reason they choose to freeze their eggs has changed from a passive approach of "I have to freeze at an older age" to an active process of "freezing my eggs to take my fate into my own hands".
